One On One Life Coaching
In life we sometimes find ourselves in a stagnant state or surrounded by life’s circumstances that seem unfortunate and overwhelming! Although we have an idea of where we want to go in life and certain things we want to accomplish, we sometimes need that extra push in the right direction!

One on one coaching provides a combination of professional training, spiritual guidance and personal development experiences to help you structure your goals and plans for yourself and your life.
​
I also provide guidance on setting a strategic and effective plan to help coach you into mental spiritual and physical wellbeing. Each session is at an hourly rate will be an hour long unless specified otherwise.
Relationship Coaching
In life relationships are in one way or another a huge part of our daily lives. Wether married , dating , or family relationships they each have a significant impact on our lives and our purpose. It’s so easy to lose sight of the value in these relationships.

Sometimes we need an outside perspective of these relationships to help us to get and the be the best we can from each of them! With relationship coaching it is my goal to help your relationship flourish and evolve into all that you envision it to be. With a combination of professional training, spiritual knowledge and personal developmental experiences my relationship coaching is strategic, straightforward and personalized so that it most effectively works for your relationship!

Business Start-up Coaching
In today's world entrepreneurship is an all-time high! Starting a business is so self-fulfilling and rewarding but it can also be a bit intimidating and challenging starting up! Being an entrepreneur takes focus, dedication and discipline but it definitely takes knowing where to start and what’s really needed to get the ball rolling.

With business startup coaching we come up with a strategic approach at making your entrepreneurial vision more realistic and achievable! One on one business coaching is going to give you all of the knowledge needed to be successful in starting and maintaining your business!

Public / Motivational / Event Speaking
One of my passions is public and motivational speaking and teaching! I desire to speak life to people that may be down in spirit or just needing a pick me up! I have spoken at many events and on different platforms including my first annual motivational conference that launched July of 2022 titled Impact! I have spoken at spiritual events, churches, events, business expo events, as well as colleges to name a few.

My podcast Conversations with Slimm airs December 30th, 2022, and will be available on all podcast platforms! I am very versatile in my speaking skills, and I take pride in being impactful and knowledgeable about topics that I expand on.
